Sleep Inn Dallas Northwest - Irving

I meant to write this review sooner but just hadn’t gotten around to it. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed in the general Dallas area a handful of times and each time our hotels were awful. This was the BEST experience we’ve had. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, quiet & comfortable. The breakfast ran at good hours so we were able to grab something. I really have a hard time finding anything to complain about. There also wasn’t too much that suited our needs around the hotel, but it was centrally located and anything we needed was an easy 10 minute drive. Other than that, no complaints. I honestly believe we got more for what the price we paid. Thank you so much!!

We needed to pick up an early arriver at Love Field. So we booked this the night before. The rate was good, good reviews, and easy access to Love Field. Collected our person, went back to collect our things and have breakfast. But Breakfast ends at 9 and we were there 9:10 and it was closed. BUT we had grabbed food at 6:30 so I can comment. There were scrambled eggs (powdered) and sausage patties for hot food. Also Waffle iron available. 4 different juices, yogurt, dried cereal, bread products, and apples. I had a little egg and sausage thinking I'd come back for the waffle! I need to listen closer to the times when reception tells me. We all agreed the room was nice and clean. We felt safe in the neighborhood which I would say is "Korean Town" with many korean and other asian restaurants all along the street. And KO Mart, my favorite Asian market, was right next door so I could pick up things before returning home 3 hours drive from Dallas. THIS is our place for any collections from Love Field.... so easy access at a reasonable price, no bugs, and clean.

The breakfast was good for the most part. It was your typical hotel breakfast and the eggs were really good and I don’t say that about most hotels “eggs”. The room was super clean and smelled really nice as well as the lobby of the hotel. It is a modern hotel with updated appliances. I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel.

I came here to spend a weekend at the KingSpa&Sauna which was convenient placed behind the hotel. The beds were so comfortable with plenty of firm/soft pillows for added comfort. The gave me more towels than most hotels so I didn’t have to ask for more. The shower pressure was perfect and heated up quickly. Awesome body mirrors for selfies. Smelled cleaned.

The hotel smells good in the lobby. The staff was very nice. Easy check in/out. No loud noise.
